Chatham Hall partnered with GiveCampus in July of 2024.
The six-woman advancement team was up and running within a week of signing with GiveCampus, thanks to smooth onboarding and hands-on support. They went on to host their most successful Giving Day yet.
Solutions provided

They use GiveCampus to:
Create custom giving forms that tell a story
The team is now able to build beautifully branded, high-converting giving forms that incorporate images, resonant language, and suggested gift amounts tied to donor societies.
Streamline operations for advancement services
Seamless integration with Raiser’s Edge NXT eliminates duplicate entry, recurring gifts now get processed automatically, and custom reporting options make it easy to configure disbursement reports for different stakeholders.
Turn alumnae events into giving opportunities
More than 11% of Family Day participants made an Annual Fund gift through the embedded giving option, and reunion sign-ups inspired donations from alumnae who hadn’t given in decades.
Triple-digit growth, a 45% lift in participation, and a spike in recurring gifts
On Charter Day 2025, their first Giving Day hosted on the GiveCampus platform, Chatham Hall raised more than $105,000 from 500 donors—nearly triple the dollars raised the year before and a 45% increase in participation. Eight matching challenges added more than $39,000 to the total, and 17 new recurring gifts were established in a single day.
Online giving momentum extended well beyond Giving Day
Chatham Hall saw a 300% YoY increase in dollars raised online after switching to GiveCampus. In fact, online giving as a share of total funds raised jumped from less than 2% in FY2024 to 12% in FY2025, with nearly 15% of online gifts made via digital wallets.
